I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. All County has gone above our expectation as a property management company. There were some unexpected hurdles that All County was not contractually obligated to perform, however, they were completed without any push back. I can't imagine any other company in the area would do the same.
