All County has been a great property manager for the house we've rented. Anytime we've needed assistance with maintenance, their team jumps right on it, and they do a great job with the communications between the homeowner and us.

I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. After speaking with several people and meeting the owner, I decided to have this company manage my 3 properties. I have now been with them for over a year and I could not be happier! They find great tenants who actually pay their rent. They also do any required or needed maintenance on my properties. Every time I call, everyone is very nice and if they do not have the answer right then, they always call me back with an answer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company. I use to be with another company, and this company is so much better.

As a young adult looking for her first apartment, All County made the process quick and simple especially being that I moved in during the early days of COVID-19. All County's team listens to you and fixes any problems you may have but they also follow up to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Overall the property is well maintained and could not be happier with the decision I made to move into a property managed by All County
