Amazing place to live! Condo is perfect for a couple or someone living solo. Tons of space and a great layout. Location is incredible with restaurants, bars, Blue Jackets and the park just outside our door. Shout out to All county team members who have been so attentive with getting our tour setup, paperwork and any maintenance done so quickly! Highly recommend.

I have been with All County about one year now. They have been a breath of fresh air compared with my last property management company. They handle maintenance issues quickly, and most important at a fair price, with $0 mark up cost! If the maintenance issue is something serious, he will get a second and sometimes third estimate. They handle my tenants issues/complaints quickly and fairly, holding them accountable when it was caused due to their negligence. I TRUST Bill and his team to handle my rental properties as if they were his own. They have taken the headaches out of having rental properties and I would highly recommend them! Amazing group, so thankful to have found them. It began with All County, who helped me get all set up quickly and smoothly, Then, they have been amazing with all the details and are so quick to respond to all messages and most importantly they are just as wonderful as all of these reviews state... Also, it is a group in which they all communicate with one another, so all are in the loop and on top of needs of tenants and property owners. You don't feel like a number with them.
