I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. All County has been wonderful! I bought a Townhouse in Florida for our future use. In the meantime, we needed to get it rented. Thank goodness for All County! They have been super, time and time again to work through the dreaded HOA. They are my eyes and ears, and I sleep soundly knowing they are managing the Townhouse for me.
